My parents marketed the Edinburgh flat I live in with K Allan Properties. It sold in under a week with an offer on the table on day 1. All the viewings were arranged to suite me. It was stress free and I felt compelled to ask for guidance with what I should and shouldn’t say during viewings. We purchased a property through K Allan and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them especially Lana who dealt with most of my calls. We'd had no experience with the scottish system but were guided through, encouraged and reassured.
